Chief Government Whip and Highways Minister Johnston Fernando said the Government's main aim is to strengthen the agricultural economy of the farmers.
"When we visit the rural areas, farmers tell us that they get good prices for their paddy harvest. However, Sajith Premadasa faction and Anura Kumara Dissanayake are blind to these facts and only criticise the Government with baseless allegations.
"The Opposition is involved in staging protests from Colombo which is hilarious," he said.
