The climate-tech startup Sustainability Labs has partnered with the leading digital PR agency Good PR with the aim of introducing sustainability-based Events & PR to the Sri Lankan market.
Sustainability Labs strives to become a leading climate-tech startup, capable of providing end-to-end sustainability services and solutions that aim to calculate, reduce and offset. Currently, Sustainability Labs remains focused on Events and industries that aspire to create better, eco-friendly events, both in the physical and online world.
The team works closely with clients to develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy that focuses on transforming an event’s sustainability aspects into achievable goals that deliver outstanding results. In the future, Sustainability Labs expects to explore local and regional opportunities in sustainability and to adopt data-driven sustainability solutions.
Based in Battaramulla, Sustainability Labs was co-founded in the middle of a pandemic by Rashmi Wickramaratne and Achala Fernando together with the team’s Project Lead Shani Weerasinghe.
Both co-founders started their entrepreneurial journey by creating two separate startups – The Sustainability Agency founded by Achala and azolabs founded by Rashmi.
