Best to extend curfew by another week - DDG

Health Services Deputy Director General Dr. Hemantha Herath said that the best option to control the spread of the corona virus will be to extend the current quarantine curfew by another week.However, he said it was essential to maintain a balance between health, the economy and other activities of the country as the country cannot remain closed for a long period.

Therefore, he said all stakeholders after discussing the matter will arrive at the best solution possible today.
