Mangoes can be allergic to some people and they may experience watery eyes, runny nose, breathing problems, abdominal pain, sneezing etc. So, if you face any one of them, stop your consumption of mangoes for some days to see if there happen any changes in the symptoms.

Mango contains a chemical called urushiol. People sensitive to this chemical may experience dermatitis on them. It’s a skin problem where people have inflamed skin which becomes flaky, itchy and blistery.

Growing mangoes for beauty treatments

Place the seed, rounded side up, in a dish of water. The dish should be placed on a windowsill in a warm, sunny place.

Leave the seed in the water until it starts to sprout. This can take anywhere from one to three weeks. After this transfer this to soil and plant the seed.

Mango Home  remedies For exfoliation

As we all know that exfoliation is extremely important for our skin, as it helps to remove the dead cells from our skin. Using a mango scrub will help us in doing same. All you need is one tablespoon mango pulp, one teaspoon of organic honey and one tablespoon of milk. Mix these ingredients well and apply it on your face. Leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water and feel the softness in your skin’s texture.

 

For glowing skin

Mangoes have natural anti-tanning properties and vitamins that fight against inflammation and sun burns. For this face pack, you will need one tablespoon of mango pulp, two teaspoons of wheat flour and one teaspoon of organic Honey. Mix all the ingredients together to make a thick paste. Apply it on face and sun-affected parts. Let it stay on for 15 minutes and wash with normal water.

 

For soft skin

This face pack will give your skin nutrients of oats, mangoes and almond and will act as organic scrubbers. All you need is two tablespoon of mango pulp, one tablespoon of oats, two teaspoon raw milk and three to four grounded almonds. Apply this face pack on your face and scrub it off after 15 minutes. Wash your face with water.

 

For acne

Mango pulp with curd and honey can be a great aid for people with oily skin. It will help you to fight with pigmentation and acne by shedding off the excessive oil from face. Extract pulp from a ripe mango; add two tablespoon of curd and two teaspoons of honey. Apply this face pack on your face and wash it off after 15 minutes.

 

For anti-aging effects

Whisk an egg white and add the mango pulp to it. Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste. Apply the face pack and let it dry. Wash with cold water. Repeat this thrice a week for better results.
