First Bond scam case taken up again on March 4

The first Central Bank Bond scam case filed against ten accused including former Central Bank Governor Arjun Mahendran and former Deputy Governor Pattinige Samarasiri was fixed for March 04 by the Colombo Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar.

Additional Solicitor General Priyantha Navana appearing on behalf of the Attorney General produced a list containing the computer generated evidence list that the prosecution expects to conduct testimony before the court.

Then defence informed court that they need more time to go through the evidence list. Considering the facts, the case was fixed for March 4 by the Colombo Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar.
