Setting benchmark for the South Asian region CCI EXCON South East Asia’s biggest construction equipment technology trade fair in a bid to recognize the inclusion of women in the infrastructure industry presented the “Women Building India Equal Opportunity Awards” to companies from the infrastructure sectors who have taken proactive steps to enable women to participate in the workforce.
Women champions from Cummins India Ltd, Volvo CE India Pvt. Ltd, Schwing Stetter India Pvt. Ltd and L&T Constructions & Mining Machinery were recognized for their efforts towards and receive the awards from Chief Minister of Karnataka and General V K Singh, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways & Civil Aviation, Government of India.
