Remarkable feat by Badulla Central’s Sanuka

Sanuka Mihisara Gunaratne of Badulla Central College came up with a remarkable achievement at the John Tarbet Athletic meet worked off at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium, Diyagama recently by winning the under-18 1500m, 3000m and 2000m hurdles events and the school emerged under-18 champions and best outstation team. This is the first time after several years an outstation school won the title other than the Western Province.
