Devenanda bags under-16 ‘C’ Division TT title

Sri Devenanda College Ambalangoda Table Tennis team performed well at the recently concluded Inter-school Table Tennis Tournament when they bagged under 16 ‘C’ division championship at the Bandaragama Sports Complex.

The champion team comprised Dilki Chinthana, Chathumi Imaya, Anugi Othara, and Veenadi Ihansa while Chathumi Imaya came up with an exceptional performance to reign unbeaten in this tournament. The team was coached by Pubudu Channaka de Silva and former National player K.S.T Lakshan.

The age group of under 10 and 16 paddlers divided into six groups (A to F) competed in this tournament which was conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Table Tennis Association.
