National flag at half mast today for Pope Emeritus’ funeral

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has instructed the Public Administration Ministry Secretary to instruct all government institutions to fly the national flag at half-mast as a mark of respect for the late Pope Benedict XVI today (5) when the body of the late Pope Benedict XVI will be laid to rest.
