India, SL Chiefs of Defence Staff hold mutual discussion

Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan on Thursday interacted with Sri Lankan Counterpart General Shavendra Silva over telephone, Asian News International (ANI) tweeted on Thursday.

Both had extensive discussions on many issues of mutual interest.

“Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan today interacted with his Sri Lankan counterpart General L.H.S.C. Silva over the telephone and discussed issues of mutual interest and avenues for furthering defence cooperation and India-Sri Lanka friendship,” ANI tweeted.
