Book on Prosecutorial Discretion

D.A.P. Weeratna, PC, presented his recent legal publication on Prosecutorial Discretion to Attorney General Sanjay Rajaratnam, PC, at the AG’s Department, on Monday (9).

The central concern of the author has been to ensure that this publication serves as a guide to the legal profession at large on the law governing Criminal Procedure in Sri Lanka with emphasis on Prosecutorial Discretion.

This publication is dedicated to author’s alma mater – Christian College, Kotte, on its bi-centennial celebrations (1822-2023).
