Here the students being conducted to the venue by the school's staff, old girls, students and parents.
M.D.N.H.Mandakini, Tharushadhi Nandana, C.A.T.Sasindi and Pabavi Narangoda, students of Visaka Balika Vidyalaya, Sapugaskanda won three gold, a silver and a bronze medal at the sixth South Asia, Cadet / Junior / Senior Karate Tournament - 2022, held in Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo, recently.
A ceremony was held at the school premises to felicitate these students.
Biyagama Divisional Education Director Inoka Kumari, Principal Dayani Thilakasiri and Karate coach, Deshadi Kooray were also present.
