All Island Prefects’ Day at Rahula College, Matara

The All Island Prefects Day was held at Rahula College, Matara last Sunday (15). 

Prefects from national schools in Kurunegala, Colombo, Hambantota, Galle and Matara participated at the ‘Day of the Dirigeants’, organized by the Board of Prefects of Rahula College as part of the  school’s centenary year celebrations.  Chief Guest Prof. Saman Abeysinghe of the University of Ruhuna said that true leadership qualities cannot be achieved through paper qualifications alone and that teamwork was essential in this regard.
