Former MP Ven.Omalpe Sobitha Thera yesterday said that country will not benefit by holding the Local Government election under the current situation.
The Thera said that holding an election at this point of time will not benefit the country but it will worsen country’s economic situation The Thera told the media that the Local Government Election should not be held at this point of time.
