Nisreen House collected 109 points and emerged overall champions in the annual Inter-House Sports Meet- 2023 of Kalmunai Mahmud Ladies College (National School) in the Kalmunai Educational Zone under the organization and directions of its Principal U.L.M.Ameen which took place at the college play grounds recently.
It was first (1st) place by Nisreen House, 2nd place was won by Sabaran House, 3rd place was won by Vartha House, 4th place won by Jasmine House.
Ampara Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jayantha Ratnayake was the chief guest at the sports meet. Kalmunai Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Lasanda Buddhika, Kalmunai Zonal Education Director Sahathul Najeem, Kalmunai Police Station Officer In-Charge (OIC) Ramzin Pakeer, the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka (SEUSL) Pro. Dr.Safeena Imthiyas, Kalmunai Police Station Crime OIC, Chief Inspector of Police M.L.Rafeek and principals were present as Special Guests and Guests of Hounour and awarded the trophy to winning houses and students.
The Principal U.L.M.Ameen received the Guests and delivered the welcome address. Deputy and Vice Principals, Teachers, Members of the School Development Committee (SDC), Parents, Past Pupils and well – wishers all participated on this occasion.
House Positions,
1st palace: Nisreen House (Red) – 109 points.
2nd place: Sabaran House (Yellow) – 106 points.
3rd place: Vartha House (Green) – 104 points.
4th place: Jasmine House (Blue) – 91 points.
