Jaela Excise Department officials arrested four suspects along with a stock of illegal cigarettes worth Rs 2 million from Kelaniya on Monday. The stock contained over 30,000 fags. The suspects who are residents of Kelaniya and Wattala are to be produced before Assistant Excise Commission (Western Province) Upul Kumara today.
