Highway Exit Cashier missing with Rs. 1.4 million

A special team of policemen led by Sub Inspector Jayasinghe of the Bandaragama Police Crime Branch is investigating to arrest the Cashier of the Galanigama Southern Highway Exit after they received a complaint that the cashier is missing from Friday night along with Rs. 1.4 million from the Office.

CCTV footage of the Exit found that the cashier on Friday leaving the location carrying a bag.

The officials of the Southern Highway Central Office and Police visited the Galanigama Exit yesterday to conduct investigations.
