Traffic monitoring via drones

The Sri Lanka Air Force launched a joint operation with the Sri Lanka Police utilizing a Bell 212 helicopter and drones to monitor the traffic flow in the Colombo area on Thursday and Friday. These operations were carried out at Nelum Pokuna Junction, Ayurveda Junction, Diyatha Uyana area, Panchikawatta area, New Kelani Bridge area and the Parliament Junction on the directive of Air Force Commander Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana.
