A suspect was arrested by Bentota Police yesterday morning (28) for stealing a stock of tools including iron bars by breaking into a store of Bentota Dedduwa Primary School.
Bentota OIC Thushara Kariyawasam said that the suspect is a drug addict and he has stayed near the school.
The suspect was to be produced before the Balapitiya Magistrate’s Court yesterday evening.
Bentota Police are investigating.
