One of the leaders Islamic State, Bilal al-Sudani killed by US Forces in Somalia

US Forces killed an Islamic State Leader, Bilal al-Sudani and his operatives in Northern Somalia. He was considered to be responsible for the propagation of Islamic State terror group in Africa, particularly in Somalia.

Analysts have stated that the raid was done by US soldiers under the orders of US President Joe Bidden, as opposed to the usual practice of sending a drone strike, signifying the importance of the operation.
