The Court of Appeal issued an order today (20 March) granting Attorney General (AG) time file objections related to the petition filed by the mother of Salindu Malshita alias Kudu Salindu. Petition was filed by the mother of Kudu Salindu asking to ensure safety of his son’s life who is currently in CID custody.
Court has given time till 04 April for the AG to file objections.
Order was issued by the COA bench consisting of President of the COA, Justice Nissanka Bandula Karunaratne and Justice A. Marikkar.
