A memorial service for late French Ambassador Jean-Francois Pactet, jointly organised by Foreign Affairs Ministry and the French Embassy in Colombo was held at St. Mary’s Church with the participation of Foreign Minister Ali Sabry yesterday morning. 3
Foreign Secretary Aruni Wijewardena and members of the diplomatic community based in Colombo were present.
