Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said that the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the current government will be revised under a future SJB government led by him.
He was speaking at the event organised to vest with a the students of Divulapitiya Hunumulla Vidyalaya a smart classroom under the ‘Sakwala’programme.
“An IMF agreement favourable to the people should be reached. People should not be further burdened. Under a future SJB government we will revise the IMF agreement to make it more people friendly,” he added.
