Vidyartha College coached by Sumedha Malawana started the season by beating St. Josephs’ College 27 -22 and in the last game went down to Royal College 10 -25 and Kingswood College coached by Dinesh Gamage lost both the games to Royal 5 60 College and St. Peters College 3 46, Vidyartha College ruggerites who thrilled their rugby fans with a superb game in their first outing, will once again hope to produce good quality rugby and the Kingswoodians who are still to come out with a good performance will have to be at full strength. Viidyartha College will depend much on players like, Gayan Perera the captain who plays as fly half then Deshan Balasuriya, Rusith Thamodya the goal kicker, Aitha Ratnaweera, Mohamed Shaker, Roshitha Malinga Ashintha Kulatunga. Kingswood College who are all-out for a win will be depending heavily on players of the calibre of skipper Anudha Upek, Basith Halid, Dhulisha Rsanajana, Kavindu MuthumaL, Nifraz Ruzaik and Thaveen Eknayake. The game should provide good quality rugby; everything depends on how the thirty players are going to play the game. The side which tackles low and sends the ball down the line should come out as the winner.
