The under 15 Division One cricket captain of St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa, H. A. Sukitha Manoj Prasanna piloted his Alma Mater to the quarter finals of the on going cricket tournament conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association.
He is a left hand bat and the number four batsman and the gloveman of the team. So far he has scored 536 runs at an average of 67.0 and his highest score was an unbeaten 128 runs versus C. W. W. Kannangara and he was unbeaten on 95 against St. Mary’s College, Chilaw.
He has two fifties under his belt. He has taken 20 catches and 10 stumpings to bring his tally to 30 victims behind the stumps.
Last year he had a fine record in the under 15 division one tournament by associating two 200-run partnerships with Sanil Fernando. Also he played for the District and Provincial under 15 teams. This year he toured Malaysia with the Sri Lanka Schools under 15 cricket team.
