Poson Poya on grand scale

Under state patronage, all temples and other institutions in the Matale district are making arrangements to celebrate Poson Poya which falls next Sunday, on a grand scale. Sil programmes are to be conducted in every temple in the district while the alms for all devotees will be provided by volunteer organisations in the respective areas. In addition, several dansals will be held by youth organisations in the district.
