A 40-year-old suspect was arrested by Dehiwala Police for providing false information to the 119 Police Emergency Centre yesterday.
The suspect is a resident of Kaldera Road, Dehiwala. He was produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court yesterday and remanded till January 18.
