Q: Why did you decide to take part in Miss Earth Sri Lanka 2016?

A: It has been my childhood dream to represent Sri Lanka on an international platform as a Sri Lankan beauty queen. I have always loved the environment and have been really into environmental activities ever since my childhood days. That too motivated me to take part in this pageant.
